Interim HR Specialist – 12 month FTC

Successful businesses use data to improve their decision making and its no different within HR. If you want to deliver commercially aligned HR interventions, then you will need to understand your data. This role will lead a number of projects looking at how the HR function manages data and uses it to support the strategic HR plan with a core focus on continually improving the development and retention of a highly skilled workforce.
Working as a HR Specialist within a small, but highly capable HR team, you will play a lead role in delivering HR excellence across a global organisation. The role will report to an extremely supportive HR Director, working alongside a team of HR Business Partners and acting as subject matter expert for the new HR System as well as developing processes to help deliver their global HR plan.
There are various projects to keep you busy, including the ongoing configuration of the new HRIS system. Everything is in place, however there are a number of additional modules to integrate such as recruitment, talent management etc and so hopefully you’ll enjoy leading on projects like this. Other projects include developing a job evaluation process, as well as leading annual salary and bonus review.
To be successful, we envisage that you will be comfortable in terms of understanding how HR Systems can be configured for maximum success, happy to educate HR and wider colleagues in terms of best practice and be comfortable taking part in and managing HR projects as required. You will love data and have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Job Evaluation and Salary Review experience is also very helpful. This is not a generalist HR role, and so won’t have an ER element, rather it will focus on delivering HR projects that support the global business.
